Brian Beckham takes the reins of Legatus’ South Region, succeeding Warren Dazzio . . .
Legatus welcomed Brian Beckham as the director of its South Region on Oct. 21. He succeeds Warren Dazzio who resigned his position in September.
Beckham, an Atlanta-area resident, is a graduate of Maryville College near Knoxville, Tenn. He coached soccer and played with the Knoxville Force of the National Premier Soccer League. His previous work experience also includes duties with the accounting and finance department of Marriott International, and sales and operations at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport with Enterprise Holdings. Beckham began his service with Legatus on Oct. 21.
“Brian comes highly recommended by members of the Legatus family,” said Legatus’ executive director John Hunt. “I am convinced that Brian’s energy and professionalism will be a valuable resource to the chapters and officers of the South Region.”
Hunt also honored Dazzio, the outgoing regional director. “Warren, whose service to Legatus has been of the highest quality, has moved into an entrepreneurial and senior management role in an emerging venture, ImmediaCare, a medical services company in his hometown of Baton Rouge.
“I know Legatus members worldwide join me in thanking Warren for his good work over the last eight years and wish him Godspeed in the future,” Hunt continued.
