Find out how Cincinnati members can benefit from this extraordinary service . . .
A group of Cincinnati Healthnetwork GOLD supporters wanted Healthnetwork Foundation’s unmatched concierge care for their fellow members at local hospitals. Their dream became a reality last December when Healthnetwork opened an office in Cincinnati to assist members and their families with their health care needs.
The office was opened thanks to the generosity of local Healthnetwork GOLD supporters, Healthnetwork Foundation, and the four local hospitals participating in the project: Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, The Christ Hospital, TriHealth (Bethesda North and Good Samaritan Hospitals), and UC Health-University Hospital.
The Cincinnati office is staffed by Teresa Butler, a medical coordinator. A health care professional with 15 years’ experience in the Cincinnati area, Butler works with liaisons at local hospital systems to provide quick access to the very best medical care.
The Cincinnati Healthnetwork office is open weekdays from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST. Butler can be reached at (513) 558-7305 or [email protected]. After hours, medical requests should be sent to: [email protected].

“In Legatus, we’re all CEOs, which means we’re used to being in control of our environments. This past September, I had a medical problem that left me in unchartered territory; suddenly at the end of one day I was experiencing debilitating knee pain. I scheduled an appointment with my local physician and a CT scan revealed degenerative arthritis. I was referred to a specialist who concluded I needed a second knee replacement.
“I usually don’t question doctors but, as the pain lessened, I began to second-guess the surgeon’s recommendation. I wanted someone who could take the lead and walk me through my options — someone who was familiar with these situations. That’s when I contacted Healthnetwork for a second opinion.
“It was very comforting for me to have Donna, the Healthnetwork liaison at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, by my side at the hospital to walk me through the process. I could tell that her main concern was to see that my visit to the hospital was as convenient as possible. She noticed I was waiting too long to see the doctor and addressed the situation immediately. The doctor took a thorough history and determined that I would not need a knee replacement at this time. He suggested physical therapy for now and that we might revisit this issue in 2-5 years. My entire experience was wonderful. The Healthnetwork liaison took charge and made everything run smoothly.”
